Refund Policy – INTUBATI EM

By purchasing a ticket to any INTUBATI EM course or conference, the participant agrees to the following terms:

❌ 1. Cancellation by the participant (delegate)

In the event the participant is unable to attend, no monetary refund will be issued.
However, no one will lose their payment:
➤ A voucher equal to the full amount paid will be issued, valid for 12 months and redeemable for any INTUBATI EM course.

 

⚠️ 2. Promotional or discounted tickets

Tickets purchased through special promotions or discounted rates are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The participant will still be eligible to receive a voucher under the terms outlined above.

 

🚫 3. Cancellation by INTUBATI EM

In the unlikely event that the conference or course is cancelled by INTUBATI EM, the participant may choose to:

• Receive a full refund,

• Or transfer the registration to a rescheduled date (if applicable).

 

🌪️ 4. Force majeure

If the event must be rescheduled due to force majeure (e.g., unforeseen events, public health emergencies, logistical issues), INTUBATI EM will arrange a new date.
No refunds will be issued in this case, but all registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
